We arrived here late afternoon on Tuesday with temps of 85 and high humidity. We enjoyed a pot luck supper, brief meeting in one of the fairground buildings because of rain. It’s utterly amazing to me how these women put together oven cooked delicacies using the small facilities in their trailers. I plan to learn from the best of the best. Wednesday was a tour on your own day.
